4. Design Approval and Customer Responsibility

For customized designs, printed materials, banners, merchandise, trophies, and awards, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final artwork, proofs, text, names, spellings, dates, dimensions, colours, and other specifications before production.

Once the customer approves the final design or proof, production may begin. Ekaksha Creations will not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork or specifications.

Any revisions requested after approval may involve additional charges, delays, or both.

5. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are created or personalized according to individual customer requirements.

Minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, or finishing that fall within reasonable industry tolerances will not automatically be considered defects.

Where exact colour matching, dimensions, or material specifications are essential, customers should communicate these requirements before approving the order.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be communicated to Ekaksha Creations as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its production status and the nature of the products or services.

• Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation, subject to the agreed terms and any costs already incurred.
• Once customized products have entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
• Completed customized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged merely because the customer changes their mind or provides incorrect personalization details.
• If a product is materially defective, damaged in transit, or differs substantially from the confirmed specifications, the customer should contact us promptly with relevant details and supporting photographs, where applicable.
